Five 80′s Action Movies That Cannot Be Remade

The thrill of being at the edge of your seat, living vicariously through the actors as they run on pure adrenaline. Drama’s are always a classic, romantic comedies can be cute, but action movies can’t ever be beat. Though there have been many revivals of older movies, (especially in the horror film department) action movies are not recommended to do so. Preserving the classic 80′s touch that was put upon each film is a must. There’s no way you could capture the determination of Sylvester Stallone exactly how it was done in the 5 great Rocky movies.Additional information can be found at http://www.chicagoreader.com/Bleader/archives/2011/06/23/this-weeks-movie-action. Which brings us to one of the five that can not be remade. Chuck Norris in Invasion USA will never be able to reach the standard that THE Chuck Norris has set. The actors in these particular films were perfect for their parts and completely owned their characters. Each of them put a personal touch to the movie, and doing so left it very difficult to remake. Die Hard changed action films forever. It wasn’t just a typical action filled movie with witty exchanges, it was one man taking on everyone else. One by one. It is considered one of the greatest action movies of the 80′s. Something that holds this notable title should never be touched, but preserved. All the Indiana Jones movies are off limits. Between Harrison Fords amazing performance to the incredible amount of action it can be considered one of the best action series for this time. Explosions, whips, fight scenes, chases…what more could you ask for? The Terminator is the last on the list for untouchable 80′s action movies. The famous “I will be back” could never be done quite as bold as Arnold Schwarzenegger. All in all, these movies will always be the perfect way to spend your evening.
