In Theaters Soon: Action
If you usually spend your fall weekends watching Sunday Ticket and raking leaves you may want to consider getting out to the theater this year. There are a number of great action films about to hit the big screen and we’ve got the scoop on which ones are worth the effort
Warrior – It’s already out and it actually opened to a surprisingly great reception. Warrior has all the hallmarks of a classic kung fu movie but it’s been rearranged to appeal to the mass marketwhat’s not to love?
30 Minutes or Less – It may be a bit of a schtick game but 30 Minutes should be hilarious with the cast it’s got. We love the premise of bank robbing pizza deliverymen and there are bound to be tons of one liners, too.
Conan the Barbarian – An action movie we’ve all been waiting for since we were kids, Conan has all the markings of a great comic book film. Sure it will be over the top and likely corny but that’s why we go to the movies in the first place, right?
